    A few large-sized products require trucking. They are too large to be shipped by FedEx or UPS. This shipping information will be clearly marked on the description pages of trucked products. Shipping charges for these products will not be calculated at Checkout. Please phone or email us for a shipping quote.


  • For orders between $30 and $60, we charge a discounted, flat shipping fee of $9.95 to any location in the continental United States.

      A Rocking Horse To Love is a DBA of the US corporation, Winter Marketing USA Corp., which is owned by the Canadian corporation, Winter Marketing Inc.

    2. Are prices in Canadian or US dollars?

      All prices on A-Rocking-Horse-To-Love.com are in US dollars.

    3. How will my order be shipped?

      Most orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground. Orders over $60 are shipped Free in the Continental USA if they are within FedEx and UPS' size restrictons. However, a small number of large sized items must be shipped by truck and these orders incur shipping charges which will be quoted on a per order basis. It is indicated on the description pages for trucked items that these products will incur shipping charges and require a shipping quote.

    4. How long will it take to receive my order?

      Orders are normally shipped within 1–7 business days after you place your order.

      If for any reason there should be a delay, we will contact you to let you know the timing. If you need a rush order please contact us.

    5. Will there be shipping charges to ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

      Unfortunately, Free Shipping applies only in the Lower 48 States.

    6. Can I order if I live in Canada?

      Many of our products can be shipped to Canada. Some products, however, are restricted to the United States only.

      If you want to have a product shipped to Canada, please phone or email us to get a quote on the additional cost of shipping plus the cost of brokerage, duty and Canadian taxes before you place your order.

    7. Do you ship Internationally?

      We are very sorry but we are not set up to ship Internationally other than to Canada for certain products.

    8. What if I need my order in a hurry?

      Please call us at 1-877-703-2613 to confirm that the products you have chosen are available immediately, arrange for Express shipping and get a quote on the Express Shipping charges.

    9. Will I be charged Sales Tax?

      All orders, except orders placed by Washington State residents, are Tax-exempt. Since Winter Marketing USA Corp. is a Washington State registered corporation, it is required that all Washington State residents pay 8.4% Sales Tax.

    10. Can I return my purchase?

      In most cases you can. Please see our full explanation on our “Return Policy and Happy Customer Guarantee” page. Your satisfaction is our No. 1 goal and so we are committed to working with you to resolve whatever the situation may be.

    11. Can I cancel my order?

      If you have to cancel your order, please do it as soon as possible. If it has already been shipped, we will have to have it sent back as a Return. Please see the details regarding Returns on our “Return Policy and Happy Customer Guarantee” page.

    12. How can I pay for my order?

      We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or you can use your PayPal account. We also accept Bank Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. We are sorry but we are unable to accept Personal Checks or send orders COD.

    13. When will my Credit Card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order if the product you ordered is in stock and ready to ship. If the product is backordered, we will try our best to contact you to determine whether you would like to wait until the product arrives. In the case of backorders, our normal procedure is to charge your credit card when the product has arrived and is ready to ship.

    14. Will my order need to be assembled?

      Some products need minor assembly. Our product descriptions usually say "Minor Assembly Required" when any assembly is needed.
